Information for Interested Partner Organisations
Expressions of interest are sought from organisations that would like to participate as program partners in the Australia Institute's Anne Kantor Fellowships.
The Anne Kantor Fellowships will fund up to eight Fellows per annum for 12 months (or part-time equivalent). Applicants could be at any point of their career, be it early career, mid-career or returning to work.
The objectives of the program are to:
- provide Fellows with a unique opportunity to gain on the job training in research, advocacy, and media and communications with research, environmental, climate change or other advocacy-based organisations
- create an experienced pool of Fellows with the skills and experience to effectively advocate for change
- establish a pipeline of new voices to contribute to Australia's future policy and democratic debates
- build relationships and drive future collaboration with partner organisations and other stakeholders
For interested partner organisations, the Anne Kantor Fellowships will join Fellows together with impactful organisations. Selected program partners may apply for funding to directly recruit a Fellow to their organisation on a full-time (or equivalent part-time) placement or may offer a Fellow employed by the Australia Institute a secondment or project-based work at their organisation.
Interested prospective Partner Organisations are invited to send an expression of interest to Kathleen O'Sullivan, Chief Operating Officer at the Australia Institute by email: [email protected]
