Anne Kantor's life was study of distinguished service to the community. Strategic philanthropy and working to build a better future were important to Anne, as demonstrated by a long history of giving to the community both with her time and money. This was highlighted by her work as an advocate and social worker and later, a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, as well as her philanthropic support for a range of environmental, Indigenous, social justice, arts and educational organisations. Anne and the Kantor family have been strong and vital supporters of the Australia Institute since it began 25 years ago.

The Australia Institute’s work continues to build on Anne’s legacy, and this program will ensure that legacy endures long into the future.
